the team …
As an organisation whose whole proposition is built upon its people, you’d expect us to recognise and celebrate the fact that our biggest asset is our people … and we do! Everything we do starts and ends with the brilliant team we have below …
Yaz is our Office and Administration Manager who keeps us all in check. Organised, methodical and always available to help, we rely on her to set up all the logistics for our training delivery - on line links and physical space bookings, sending joining instructions to learners, catering, preparation of files and paperwork.
Jill is an HPC Registered Psychologist. She is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and mindfulness trainer, and is qualified in a wide range of tools and instruments to enable people to achieve their full potential.
Becky is a mentor within the Foundations 4 Work initiative, supporting settle tenants and those who reside in settle households to develop their self confidence and skill set to achieve their goals; whether it be entering into employment, volunteering, accessing educational, vocational or well-being courses or building social networks.
An enthusiastic traveller, dog-lover, rugby supporter and linguist, Rob joined Create Community in early 2020 after a lengthy and varied career in corporate marketing and communications.
Gary is a Psychologist and qualified Outdoor Learning and Development Facilitator. He applies his experience, knowledge and understanding to challenge and support leaders in their development, as well as young people and adults in community development programmes. He has led many wilderness expeditions and successfully undertook a seven-day solo trek in the Pyrenees.
Paul has worked closely with us since we started. Initially as an advisor and subsequently as an energetic coach/facilitator/trainer, developing & delivering training programmes to help people think and feel differently about themselves - building confidence, motivation and self-esteem to help them move forward more positively.
Prior to joining CCN, Zobaida worked in a public sector organisation for many years in a variety of administrative and community engagement roles. This provided ample opportunities to develop her skills in working with diverse and hard to reach community groups.
After an early career in manufacturing, Paul has worked in the third sector, in a wide and diverse range of roles from front line to executive team and trustee board, for over 20 years. His focus has always remained constant however – supporting people to achieve their full potential – especially in times of vulnerability
Angie is a mentor that works on two of our major projects: Foundations 4 Work and BBO (Building Better Opportunities). These great initiatives both involve one to one mentoring to help people with their health and wellbeing, and to prepare them for work.
A self confessed generalist, Richard has experience across a multitude of disciplines at all levels of both large and small organisations.
