Becky is a mentor within the Foundations 4 Work initiative, supporting settle tenants and those who reside in settle households to develop their self confidence and skill set to achieve their goals; whether it be entering into employment, volunteering, accessing educational, vocational or well-being courses or building social networks.

Becky has enjoyed a varied career in the social care and voluntary sectors over the past twenty years; from support work in residential settings, delivering community and hospital based advocacy to project work with vulnerable children and families.

Becky is passionate about empowering people to develop the tools to achieve their aspirations and take control of their lives. This is reflected in her person centred approach to mentoring, ensuring individuals feel truly listened to, respected and confident to exercise their own choices.
