We see mentoring as an integral and essential element of our provision. Working with individuals on a one-to-one (1:1) basis and offering a single, dependable point of contact we find is one of the most effective means of support.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
This is a fantastic initiative funded by our friends at settle where we have been given the opportunity to provide tailored 1 to 1 to help their tenants become more self-sufficient and support them in taking those difficult steps back to more regular, permanent employment.
